Shipping

Shipments originate from the Chicago Area.
FREE SHIPPING means that the Shipping is included in the price for all of our items.

The following delivery times are for the 48 contiguous states.
Typically all items that contain more than one part will ship USPS Priority. (1-3 Days ESTIMATED)
Packages that contain only one part will ship USPS First Class. (1-3 Days ESTIMATED)
Delivery times for USPS Priority is more reliable than First Class.
Typical Delivery is 2 Days except during seasonal high volume periods, severe weather, or other disruptions. 
3 Day Delivery may be caused by distance but more often is caused by less accessible areas.
DME will ship the business day following the receipt of an order but DME cannot guarantee the ESTIMATED delivery times made by the USPS.

DAMAGED IN SHIPPING or FAULTY PRODUCTS:
If an item is damaged in shipping, DME will pay the return shipping cost.  (Please This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for instructions to assure we will be able to make a damage claim with the USPS)
After receiving the item, we will either replace the item or refund the payment in full - whichever is preferred by the customer.

ITEMS RETURNED FOR OTHER REASONS:
If an item is returned because a wrong part was purchased or the customer changed their mind, the customer will pay for the return shipping.  Also the Actual Shipping and Handling Cost will be subtracted from the purchase price and the balance will be refunded.

DISCLAIMER for LOST or STOLEN Packages:
If an item is reported lost or stolen and the USPS has proof of delivery according to their tracking report, DME Manufacturing cannot be held responsible for the cost of those items.  The customer is responsible for filing a claim against the USPS or with the Local Law Enforcement Agency, whichever applies.

Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.

Shipping Policies

DME Mfg always ships the business day following the receipt of an order.
Our business days are Monday thru Saturday so if your order is placed on Friday it will ship on Saturday.
  (Saturday shipping may not apply when a Shipping Holiday falls on a Friday)
Items ordered before 7:00 am Pacific Time, will ship the same day.

Shipping Holidays are those Posted by the United States Postal Service (USPS)
